Our kits are designed for success, but brilliance takes focus. Each kit is for personal use only. Distribution of our proprietary project guides or CAD files is strictly prohibited under our intellectual property protections.
Ever wonder why we're so strict about wood grades? We source only the best materials. If a kit contains defective timber, we'll replace it within 14 days, no questions asked. However, "oops" moments during assembly are on you!
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a session are non-refundable. We value our instructors' time just like yours.
Design advice is based on standard practices. Final structural changes should always be vetted by a local NY engineer.
All material sourcing requires a 50% upfront deposit. We're a local business, not a big-box bank. We appreciate the promptness!
